In-home Medical Services

Doctor On Call wants you to live your best life! We strive to provide you with the best quality medical care in the comfort of your home and Assisted Living Facility. Building meaningful relationships with our patients is our priority.

We understand the limitations of our patients and make their lives easier by bringing our medical services to them. Family members are given a peace of mind knowing that their loved one is being monitored regularly by a medical provider.

Doctor On Call services include, but are not limited to: Medical Doctor and Mid-Level Provider visits, Podiatry services, Labs, X-Rays, Ultrasounds, and referrals to other mobile medical services such as Home Health, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Dental, Ophthalmology, Hearing Aid Specialists, and more.

Medical Appointments

Medical Doctors and Mid-Level Providers visit patients on a regular basis to monitor and manage chronic medical conditions, diagnose and treat new medical conditions, and catch acute illnesses as early as possible. Our regular visits allow us to reduce our patient's ER visits and hospitalizations, and improve their quality of life.

Coordination of care as a team with the patient, power of attorney, medical providers, caregivers, and Assisted Living Facility staff is critical for proper individualized care of each patient.

Podiatry Services

Elderly individuals are susceptible to many foot-specific conditions. These conditions can leave individuals disabled if they are not prevented and/or well taken care of by a Podiatry specialist. Some of these common foot-related conditions include: circulatory problems, arthritis, ingrown toenails, fungal nails, diabetic ulcers, and corns/calluses. Proper geriatric foot care can minimize these common problems among the elderly and improve their activities of daily living.
